Amy - Before and After 10K

Last weekend John and I ran in the Vancouver Sun Run, an annual event with over 50,000 registrants. It was the first time John or I have ever done an offical 10k race, and I think it turned out pretty well! We were both a little drained afterward, but definitely in decent shape especially considering all of the walking we did the day before.
