Last month I had a week long of "GMI U" training. Every month all of the new hires come together for a week learning about each different department of the company and what it does. I volunteered to take any interested parties hiking the following weekend, and surprisingly only two people took me up on the offer: Imogene (on the left, from New Zealand), and Colin (from London). Imogene really enjoyed the trip because it reminded her of home, and Colin did extremely well considering he was probably still a bit hung over from clubbing the night before.
