Ooh, a Red Sox (and some other team?) game. I lived in Rhode Island for almost 10 years and never attended one.
I finally just figured out (I think) that you're creating entire posts from Hello, right? The whole text portion of your post is a picture caption?
I just started using Hello recently. Very nifty.
My husband John is from New Hampshire, so he is definitely a Sox fan, and having lived in Mass. for 6 years myself, I enjoy rooting for them as well. Everyone always talks (or, at least they did before last year's World Series) about how hard it is to be a Red Sox fan, but growing up in Sheboygan/Falls I think that being a Brewers fan is even tougher. Now that we've been living in the Seattle area for 6 years, I'm starting to favor the Mariners. Seattle is a pretty small city compared with other cities who host major sporting teams, so being a fan has a real community appeal. I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for the Brewers (we had season tix so I saw a lot of games as a kid), but it's hard for me to have hope that they'll go anywhere.
And yes, I use Hello to post my pics from Picasa, where I store all my pictures. I would highly recommend downloading Picasa, because their editing and org tools are great, plus it's a click of a button to send a pic to your blog.
I hope when you say we were happy to see the Mariners win you were using the royal we. I hope John hasn't completely betrayed his roots. I mean the Mariners are fine and who wouldn't love a team named the Brewers. But when they play the Sox...
Actually, it was kind of fun to see the M's win seeing as how the Sox are now the champions and all. It was, I'll admit, kind of a bummer that the Yanks won that day. Besides, the Sox got the series, 2-1.
